DELIVERY TIME: We ship all orders from our US warehouse. Our pick & pack time from our warehouse is typically 2-3 business days. Please note that during peak periods or special promotions, order processing times may be longer. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option you have chosen and your location.

US:

• STANDARD | FREE: Delivery typically takes 4-10 business days.

• PRIORITY INCL. INSURANCE | USD 12: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL:

• PRIORITY INCL. INSURANCE | USD 27: Delivery typically takes 4-15 business days. Please note that VAT/tax may apply, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any applicable fees.

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: All orders shipped with Priority shipping include insurance coverage. In the event of loss or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately to file a claim. We may require additional information or documentation to process your claim.

RETURNED ORDERS: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
