REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AVARYSKIN. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the following criteria must be met to qualify for a full refund:

Product must be unopened with all manufacturer seals intact.

Product must be in the original packaging.

Product must be unused.
To initiate a return, please contact us first with your order number and receipt to obtain an RMA # number. Assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Please provide valid tracking number to info@avaryskin.com, otherwise we are unable to connect your return to your case.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Customers' safety and hygiene are very important to us, and we cannot accept the following back:

All devices that are opened, used, or have a security seal that is not intact.

Consumable items such as gels, patches, etc. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, batteries, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
It is the responsibility of the sender to pay for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return (excluding warranty). Please note that we will not refund any of the shipping costs or tax paid.
Ensure that the goods are properly packaged. If the product is found damaged, we may reject a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days to inspect your product. If a refund is applicable, you will receive an email from us to confirm that your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 10 days to show up in your account. Credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.
