In order to return an order, please contact us first with your oder number and receipt to obtain an RMA # number.
Please note: assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Please provide valid tracking no. to info@avaryskin.com otherwise we are unable to connect your return to your case.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a full refund:
- Product must be unopened with all manufactory seals intact.
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we unfortunately can not issue a refund.
Customers safety and hygiene is very important to us, we cannot accept the following back:
- All devices which are opened, used, or have security seal is not intact.
- Consumable items such as brush gels, patches, etc.
It is the responsibility of the sender to pay for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return (excluding warranty).
Please note, that we will not refund any of the shipping costs or tax payed.
Ensure that the goods are properly packaged. If the product is found damaged we then may reject a refund.
Please allow 5-10 business days to inspect your product and if a refund is applicable, you will receive an email from us to confirm your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 10 days to show up in your account. Credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.
